Write a letter to yourself – and there’s only one rule:
Instead of focusing on the negatives, only write down the positive things about yourself! Write why you’re proud of who you are, why you’re beautiful and traits that you love.
Dig deep and tell yourself all the things you wish someone had told you. Think about how you made it out of those tough situations or how you learned to fight through your struggles.
Read some letters, get inspired. You are worth it.
